What this site collects
This website does not set tracking cookies, does not run advertising or remarketing scripts, and does not ask you to create an account. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the site performs technically. This tool is designed to work without cookies or cross-site tracking; it processes limited technical information (such as page URL, referrer, browser type, and country-level location) to produce aggregated statistics. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing trackers.
The contact form
The project inquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to us by email. When you submit it, you voluntarily provide information such as your name, work email, organization, and details about a potential research project. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work; we never sell it or share it with third parties for marketing, and we delete it on request. Formspree processes submissions under its own privacy policy, and we cannot guarantee the practices of a third-party service beyond that policy. Please do not submit protected health information, confidential legal materials, or other highly sensitive information through the form or by unencrypted email.
When you email us
The only other personal information we receive is what you choose to send by email. The same principles apply: it is used to respond to you, never sold, and deleted on request — just ask in a follow-up message.
Third-party embeds
Some Insights articles embed interactive dashboards hosted on Tableau Public, and the footer links to LinkedIn and Google Scholar. When you interact with an embedded dashboard or follow an external link, those services may process technical data (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Hosting
The site is served as static pages from GitHub Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, GitHub may log standard technical request data (IP address, user agent) for security and operational purposes under its own privacy statement.

Content on this website — including pages about legal survey research — is informational. Changes
